As modern software solution for schedule planning, Geocon PlanExpert 2.8 beta optimizes the shifts organization for a huge number of employees. The new version (2. offers additional functionalities developed and based on the feedback with our clients and managing their specific requirements.
Additional views and new filters
The new views of schedules include last achieved level with all shifts and absences for a day. There is opportunity to add different stations in which employees work.
In 2.8 we included a filter for setting individual hours for holiday in work models.
Improvement of Budgets
We offer fully re-developed module, which includes variety of different models and types of calculation – with included or not absence hours. The separate categories allow easier management of budgets in different stations.
Sending of e-mail notifications
Employees can receive reports for scheduled and worked hours by e-mail.
All new features are developed and are in the stage of passing QA tests. The final version is expected in the beginning of September 2010.
